What is Zennergy?
Zennergy offers a new step in your daily beauty ritual. Our products are made from fish collagen peptides, biotin, vitamin C, key minerals and natural fruit and plant extracts to support healthy skin from the inside out. All that's left for you to do is choose your favorite collagen shot.
How should I use Zennergy?
For general use, we recommend following a 60-day collagen shot treatment, in which you consume one Zennergy beauty shot each day. We offer one variant: Pure Peptide Beauty Collagen Drink.
When is the best time to take Zennergy?
We recommend consuming our collagen shots at the specific times associated with the product.
What type of collagen is used for Zennergy?
The collagen in our products is extracted from European fish collagen (sourced from cod from the Atlantic Ocean). Fish collagen is most closely related to the type of collagen that occurs naturally in human skin. Collagen is the building block of our skin, bones, tendons, cartilage and teeth. The human body naturally produces collagen, but its production declines as we age. Research has shown that collagen supplements are beneficial in maintaining radiant, healthy, elastic and hydrated skin.
Where does the fish collagen in your products come from?
The fish collagen used in Zennergy beauty shots comes from wild-caught cod fish from the Atlantic Ocean. These cod are caught off the European coast, following strict European, environmentally friendly guidelines.
Who is Zennergy not suitable for?
The use of Zennergy beauty shots is strongly discouraged for pregnant or breastfeeding women. We also recommend an age limit of minimum 16 years. This means that the product is not suitable for children under 16. In case of doubt and/or questions whether this product is suitable for you, consult a doctor first.
Are there any side effects I can expect when using Zennergy?
No, there are no known side effects. Collagen is a substance that is naturally present in the body and does not cause any harm. However, if any side effects or complaints should occur, we recommend you to consult a doctor as soon as possible.
Can I take Zennergy if I am allergic to fish?
No, Zennergy Beauty Collagen is not suitable for people with a fish allergy.
Can I use Zennergy if I have an allergy to gluten?
Yes, Zennergy Beauty Collagen does not contain gluten.
Is the packaging of Zennergy Beauty Collagen recyclable?
Yes, our Zennergy shots are packaged in 100% recyclable glass bottles, which come with paper label and aluminum cap. We recommend recycling the glass bottle with cap and the cardboard box in a responsible manner.
Payments, shipping and returns
What are the payment options in the Zennergy online store?
Paying in our webshop is easy and safe. During the payment process, choose iDeal, Bancontact, SEPA or pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express).
Is payment in the Zennergy online store secure?
All payments are processed externally by Mollie, a reliable and certified payment system. So don't worry about your payment.
Within what time frame can I expect my order?
We do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 will be shipped the same day.
In general, the delivery of your order will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. With the received track & trace code you can track your package yourself. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Can I return a product and how does that work?
Yes, you can. Regardless of the reason, you may return the entire order. We use a return policy of 14 days. You have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as in which you received it. In short: an unused product in unopened original packaging with original seal.
For the return shipment you can use the original shipping box or a replacement box that sufficiently protects the product from damage. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase. You need to add this to your return shipment. To request a return, please contact customersupport@zennergy.eu or fill out the return form. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and accompanying instructions (on how and where to send the package).
Pay attention: items send to us without a request of return will not be accepted. For detailed information, please refer to the various terms and conditions of our webshop under 'Quick links' (below).
When can I expect a refund for my returned order?
We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked the return. We will then let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be made automatically via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Are there any fees associated with a return?
Yes, there are fees associated with sending a return. The costs of a return shipment from your (home) address to our webshop are for your own account. These costs are in the Netherlands approximately €5.75 per package.
I have a complaint. Where can I report this?
We do everything to make your product and shopping experience as pleasant as possible. It may happen that something does not quite go as planned. We kindly ask you to make your complaint known to us by sending an email to customersupport@zennergy.eu.
